Leadership Team

The Leadership Team is the governing body of Side By Side-Little Rock. Leadership is  committed to helping women grow in their love, knowledge, and relationship with Jesus Christ.

Jenn Pagan

Director of Ministry

Jenn is a former policy analyst who chose to leave her day job in exchange for the adventures of medical family life. Today she is a wife, mother to three wonder-filled kids, cultivator of beauty and friendship, and founder of the current Little Rock chapter of Side By Side.

Jenn called California home for over 20 years; it’s where she learned to love the ocean and mountains and travel. It’s where she met and married her husband, Jon, with whom she has spent the last fifteen years living all over the country. Each of her children were born in a different state—if you ask them where their family is from, you will be met with a confusing and lengthy response.

Jenn loves Jesus and loves discussing all things theological and life-giving. She also loves the arts, the outdoors (during the wintry months—Yes to fireplaces! Yes to leg-warmers! Yes to tea! NO to sweltering heat and humidity!), and attending to the plants in her tiny garden. More than anything, Jenn and her family love to invite people into their home for a great meal. She wants people to experience love in a tangible, meaningful way. It is for this reason that Jenn revived Side By Side-Little Rock—so that medical wives could be nourished, mind, body and soul, by an understanding and encouraging community.

Crystal Onyekwelu

Director of Community Partnerships

Crystal is a wife and mother of two littles, former physical therapist, forever military brat, exercise enthusiast, part-time philosopher and spoken word poet, passionate plant lady, and aspiring world traveler. Crystal and her family relocated to Little Rock from Minneapolis, MN, before which they resided in Louisville, KY for residency training. Crystal and her husband, Ike, have been married for 5 years and are thrilled to now call Little Rock home after many, many moves between the two of them!

Crystal is no stranger to starting anew after growing up in a military family. However, she has enjoyed the relative ease of settling with her family in Little Rock, and feels extremely blessed to have been introduced to the Little Rock Side by Side chapter. Above all, Crystal values community and the opportunity to share testimony of God’s power, provision, and purpose for our lives through grace-filled, supportive relationships with other women.

Crystal’s role as Director of Community Partnerships is an extension of Crystal’s heart for service and strong desire for connection. She is excited to learn, meet, and engage with the Little Rock service community and is so grateful to be in a position to grow and lock arms with so many amazing women through study and service to others.

Jenna Muesse

Director of Finance

Jenna is a displaced Texan who has developed a fondness for her new home in Arkansas. She is a CPA and a stay-at-home mother to her three children with her husband, Jason.  She and her husband are both proud graduates of Texas A&M University (Whoop!).

She enjoys reading, exploring the outdoor beauty of Arkansas with her family, being on the water and delving into new hobbies.  She unabashedly admits that while her cooking skills may be lacking, she has earned an “A” in the course entitled “Ordering from those who excel in culinary endeavors”.

She has been so moved by the workings of Christ in the Little Rock chapter of Side-By-Side, that her own faith has deepened and has been strengthened since the creation of this chapter.  She would love to welcome women into this chapter and to grow with them as they proceed on this journey of life.

Beth Guidry

Director of Member Care

Beth is a Louisiana native, mother of three, and former pediatrician who has called Little Rock home since 2010.  She feels very blessed to be able to stay home with her children and enjoys finding beauty and meaning in the mundane moments of motherhood. She met her husband Carey, also a Louisiana native, here in Little Rock and they have been married since 2012. Beth and her family enjoy weekends at Greers Ferry Lake and being outdoors enjoying the beautiful scenery Arkansas offers. She also enjoys swimming, reading, baking, and traveling. Beth has a passion for serving families with children with special needs and those that are participating in fostering and adoption.

Beth is so thankful to have found Side by Side during a time when she was searching for community and meaningful friendships that strengthen her faith.  She hopes to support members, foster community, and encourage growth of our chapter.
